Angela Montgomery, MSN, NP
Angela is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, personalized women’s healthcare in Houston, Texas. At Plaza OB/GYN, she is dedicated to helping women achieve lifelong health through preventive care, routine wellness exams, and evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She believes in building trusting relationships by listening to her patients, respecting their goals, and creating individualized care plans in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Angela provides comprehensive women’s health services, including annual well-woman exams, Pap smears, breast exams, birth control and contraceptive counseling, family planning, STI testing and treatment, menopause management, prenatal and postpartum care, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management. She also performs comprehensive health assessments, interprets diagnostic testing, and educates patients so they can make informed decisions about their health.
